I never complain about customer service. I work in it. 10 minutes at the speaker and 11 minutes at the window seems a bit much for getting the wrong order in the end. 1 truck and 1 car in line. My experience would’ve been washed completely away if the young lady at the window was the least bit polite.
Didn't even make it to the counter to order. The place was filthy. Used the restroom and my shoes stuck to the floor. The front door was jacked up and wouldn't shut all the way. Flies all over the place. The lights behind the counter weren't working. The employees were playing on their phones and sharing their screen with the non-employee friends; laughing and making loud noises. I literally turned around and walked out. Dreadful

Not only is this store in desperate need of a remodel, it is DISGUSTING inside. I've never been in store until today, and I will not be back, inside or the drive thru. Now that I know they don't clean.The seating area is disgusting. Not one clean table. Literally not one was clean. Visibly dirty tables and floor, as well as the area you get straws/dinner wear/ ketchup.If this Wendys is this nasty where costumers can see I can't even imagine how the rest of the store looks, that we can't see.
My meal was good and hot. But I guess I have not had fast food for awhile. I was shocked that the meal I got for 10.90 was something I used to pay 6.99 for. I won't be eating there. With just a little more time I can spend that much and make burgers for the whole family at home instead of one meal. Sorry. But it's true.
