Help!
I just purchased a Quest 3 and I’m unable to get the quick settings menu to show up. When I press the meta button, only the store shows up. I’ve done the factory reset twice and have not had any luck.

Hey there @Seaboltman! While we're excited that you've joined our VR community, we certainly don't want you have any difficulty accessing the Quick Settings on your Quest 3! Pressing the Home/Meta icon button should bring up the Universal Menu, as well as any recently accessed open Menu, above it. The Quick Settings can be found on the left-most side of the Universal Menu once it is pulled up- however, the Home/Meta icon button itself does not shortcut to the Quick Settings.
We hope this information was helpful, but please let us know if you're experiencing something else! If the Universal Menu bar isn't pulling up when you press the Home/Meta icon button, or something else isn't behaving as described, we'd love to help!

I'm sorry - I've used the wrong term.
The Universal Menul does not appear when I hit the Meta button. The only thing that apperas is the store.

We appreciate your clarification! So that we can confirm just what you're experiencing, we'd like you to take a photo of your Meta Home screen of your headset:
- While still powered on, remove the headset
- Grasp the headset with your thumb covering the proximity sensor, and your remaining fingers outward over the cameras
- Use a mobile device to take a photo of the visible display through the lens
Please post that here for us, so that we can look into this further with you!
