Resharing for two reasons, so help pay it forward for @LaurenSurman, but also because I spend roughly 20-50 hours weekly on fraudulent jobs that are initiated from #linkedin in one capacity or another. Though the removal process is becoming much more efficient to submit and have proper action against, the reality is the security, governance, and oversight is not where we as a LinkedIn community need it.So, my hope is this post will help two-fold, with the first to help Lauren help "you" secure a great next opportunity, and second to continue to raise the light on this issue so that LinkedIn takes this seriously and with decision action to stop of darn near eliminate the fraud.

Maybe if you didn’t hire such a lousy Property Manager, your returns wouldn’t be trash? Don't skimp on property management! Without proper due diligence, expect vacancies, turnovers, and hefty repairs. Educate yourself, and shop wisely for managers. Considering #hiring a #manager of my business:#generalmanager #operationsmanagement Seeking the person to help get my company to the next level. The proper candidate must have verifiable experience and performance to manage my entire business- 7 technicians, and office staff of 5. While I’m open to all suggestions for improvement; we do not need help with sales/marketing, back office specifics, insurance, taxes etc. What’s needed is managing the staff and their performance. I am flexible to consider this to be a temporary job or a full time ‘forever’ job. I’m flexible to hiring as an employee or 1099 pay as a consultant (only if meeting laws). Compensation is fully negotiable but remember this is a small and young business, and you’ll be required successful metrics such as:-profitability -top quality production from our technicians-retaining and growing our great reputation-multiple metrics for the office team to meet-multiple metrics for the technicians to meet-and moreIn this industry in this area, sales and growth are extremely easy to achieve but have proven difficult to manage. And I would love to be the salesperson if I have a good manager in place. The company is profitable and very high workload but just needs skilled management to clean it up and reduce owner stress. Plenty of challenges are present, but enormous potential is waiting to be unleashed. Here’s what I’ve learned about management, (and tell me if I’m wrong): If the business owner is friends/friendly with his manager, it doesn’t work properly.
