If I could give no stars, I would.I already had a bad experience with a different store and was skeptical of ordering from here.My Roni bites were burnt, then they failed to add the toppings that I paid extra for.When I called the store, they argued with me.Then when I called corporate, they argued with me as well.I will never spend money with these guys ever again.
It makes you give a star.This is a ZERO STAR review.I called in to get an update on my order I was directly put on hold, I rang through twice without talking to anybody.They pick up the phone and put it on the counter I drove to the store and was still on the phone with not talking to anyone.When I get there the order was out already.They refused to compensate me and I still beat the delivery driver to my house! And my food is not hot.
The worst place in columbus to order pizza from.I don't know when they hired this junkie to be a manager.But I think cooperate should train their employees to read their own app.Past order means it was ordered.Every past order has a order now button.It was made to be convenient for their customers to reorder their past orders.But because it was a bigger order she refused to make my food...but still charged me.Now I have to wait for my refund for atleast 24 hours.Trash at best.
