Triple A: Syracuse Mets (34-22)
SYRACUSE 7, BUFFALO 1 (BOX)
Two bombs for Brett Baty, and also an error. He’s answered a lot of the questions about his defense, it’s really the power we need to see. Off to a good start for sure. Elsewhere on the roster, another homer for Luke Ritter, and another poor performance for Luisangel Acuña.

Double A: Binghamton Rumble Ponies (26-23)
BINGHAMTON 3, HARRISBURG 2 / 11 (BOX)
Brandon Sproat is here folks. Ten strikeouts in seven scoreless innings has him firmly on the Christian Scott timeline, at least so far. He’s on the fast track to a top-100 and/or top-50 prospect placement. Ryan Clifford also homered - his second for Binghamton - and walked twice. A very solid way to win an extra inning game.

High A: Brooklyn Cyclones (27-24)
BROOKLYN 7, JERSEY SHORE 0 (BOX)
Brooklyn won this one easily, and they got homers from Stanley Consuegra and Wilfredo Lara. The highlight by far came from somewhere else, however; Nick Lorusso broke for second and on the throw down, Nick Morabito broke home. Both were safe, executing the always exciting double-steal / steal-of-home.

Single A: St. Lucie Mets (17-34)
ST. LUCIE 3, DUNEDIN 1 (BOX)
Colin Houck had all three RBI for the Mets - two on a double in the sixth and a third on a groundout in the eighth. His OPS is now above .600 and he’s been slightly better lately, so maybe there are some signs of life here.
