State of Iowa v. Brookelyn May Pritchard, 19, Nashua, guilty of count 1, 2, 3 and 4 identity theft, two counts forgery, judgment is deferred, defendant is placed on probation for 2-5 years, fine is suspended, and other appropriate penalties as prescribed by law.

State of Iowa v. Justin Lee Brewer, 43, Waverly, guilty of failure to have a valid license or permit while operating a motor vehicle, fined $260 plus the statutory surcharge, bond on appeal is $100.

State of Iowa v. Tammy Lynn Harris, 37, Waverly, guilty of allowing domestic animals to run at large, fined $105 and 15% crime services surcharge, bond on appeal is $105.

State of Iowa v. Dennis Wade Roberts, 30, Waterloo, This matter was scheduled to come before the Court on the 10th day of May, 2024, for purposes of a probation revocation hearing. On the 11th day of March, 2024, the Court received an application from the Department of Correctional Services to discharge the defendant from probation. The Department requested that any further revocation proceedings be dismissed.
